  • Through our Personal Home Search, where your home meets their criteria, your listing will be sent by e-mail to every prospective buyer in our database. Plus, it will be e-mailed automatically to future prospective buyers as well.

Traditional Marketing

  • As soon as you list your home with us, it will be entered in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. Plus, your property will be included in any printed MLS books.
  • Your home will be included in our weekly office tour, where approximately 20 Remax Realtors®  view and give their opinion of your property and proceed to evaluate if it is priced competively. Personally viewing the property enables them to enhance potential buyers.
  • Your property will be published in local magazines and newspapers and direct mail pieces will be sent out to potential buyers.
